Established on 1 July 1971 by Swami Dayanand Vedapathi Ji, founder trustee of the Vishvabharati Vedashram Trust, with later oversight by Acharya Ganesh Shastri Ji. The temple observes Ram Navami, Navratri, Annakut, Janmashtami, Ganesh Chaturthi and Hanuman Jayanti, and holds Sundarkand readings every Tuesday.
